Dale Lockley - Managing Director

Dale has over 20 years of experience working within and leading international multidisciplinary teams and developing materials handling technologies of worldwide operating companies.

As a qualified Mechanical Engineer as well as an experienced businessman, Dale brings an important combination of technical and commercial knowledge to SAMSON.

Dale is pleased to be working with the AUMUND Group and is keen to maximise internal synergies and strengthen external relationships in order to provide the best possible bulk materials handling systems to customers worldwide.

Karl Woodhouse - Sales Director

Karl's career in materials handling began with B&W Mechanical Handling almost 27 years ago. By working within a variety of roles over the years Karl has amassed considerable knowledge of hands-on, theoretical and commercial aspects of the business, as well as bulk materials handling in general.

As Sales Director Karl's extensive knowledge of bulk materials industries coupled with an understanding of client requirements and technical knowledge on equipment capabilities will position him well to assess market potential and develop global sales opportunities within the SAMSON sales organisation.

Lev Evangulov - Sales Manager

Lev Evangulov is a Mechanical Degree Qualified Sales Manager serving global customers in Latin America, South & Eastern Europe and C.I.S. Countries.

Through his diverse career Lev has gained a vast experience in different sales environments, sectors and cultures. English, Spanish and Russian speaking, Lev is easy going with analytical mind capable of solving customer problems at all levels.

James Cross - Proposals Manager

James has been with SAMSON (previously B&W Mechanical Handling) for 20 years. In this time he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from a variety of roles across numerous departments from Manufacturing to the Drawing Office, Technical Sales to Product Optimisation & Design.

As Proposals Manager James plays a pivotal role between the sales and engineering departments to devise solutions that maximise performance and minimise costs for clients, ultimately translating customer requirements into viable and effective solutions.

Krissy Lee - After Sales Manager

Krissy is After Sales Manager and has been with SAMSON since 2006. Her role includes responsibility for SAMSON and AUMUND spare parts as well as conversions and upgrades. The department is the first line of support for both critical and strategic parts for customers based in the UK and overseas.

Gemma Darnell - Proposals Engineer

Gemma is a Proposals Engineer and has been with the company for 5 years. Gemma has held a number of roles at SAMSON; these have included looking after Agents and Dealers, costing standard products, and internally promoting products within the AUMUND Group and sales channels.

Gemma supports the sales team with estimating and quotation creation. Gemma also manages the Business Process Mapping Procedure.

Emily Bone - Sales Coordinator

Emily joined SAMSON in August 2016 as a Sales Coordinator with the objective to manage the sales process from enquiry generation through to order closure. She aims to use her experience in sales administration, enthusiasm and positive attitude to successfully build upon and develop the enquiry process to lead to further growth within SAMSON.

Emily has already successfully built dashboards for the external sales team and is continually developing new processes.

David Sierwald - Area Sales Manager

David joined SAMSON in April 2016. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and an MBA from Manchester.

David has over 25 years' experience of selling highly engineered products and services in the Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy markets where he has held a number of sales and service management roles. David is working with SAMSON's sales team to identify new business opportunities and developing new sales tools to support the business.

Andy Mansbridge - Area Sales Manager

Andy’s career in business development spans over 25 years. He joins SAMSON with considerable knowledge gained from the Oil and Gas sectors and extensive experience of long-term and complex engineering projects. His engineering sales background has taken him around the world working on projects across the UK, USA, Scandinavia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East.
